Urban Health Care Solutions is a licensed California Home Care Organization providing non-medical in-home care throughout Los Angeles. Every caregiver on our team is registered with the state Home Care Aide Registry, background-checked through the Department of Justice, and TB-cleared before they ever step into a client's home.
We built our companion care service around consistency. You get the same caregiver on the same schedule someone who learns how your mother takes her tea, which neighbor she likes to talk to, and when something seems off. That familiarity is what makes companion care work, and it's the thing most families tell us they couldn't find anywhere else.

Conversation & Company
Regular visits from someone who knows your loved one's history, hobbies, and stories, and is genuinely glad to hear them again.
Meal Preparation
Shopping for and cooking meals that match their tastes and dietary needs, then sitting down to eat together.
Light Housekeeping
Dishes, laundry, tidying, changing linens, and taking out the trash so the home stays comfortable and safe to move through.
Errands & Transportation
Grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, the bank, the barber, and rides to doctor's appointments with a caregiver who walks in with them.
Medication Reminders
Prompting at the right times and flagging missed doses to family. (Reminders only — our caregivers do not administer medication.)
Staying Connected
Help with phone and video calls to family, letters, appointments, and getting to church, the senior center, or a standing card game.
